Organized by Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), the Seminar and Solution Showcase with the theme of “Retail Reinvention: Success in the Disruptive Age” was held on 17 May 2019 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.  The event consisted of different sessions & panel discussion hosted by renowned digital retailers.  At the Summit, guest speakers shared their current retail business models and key success factors in coping with the ever-changing consumer needs.

During the Summit, we showcased our latest innovation highlights “Alpha Connect”. With mobile workforce for retailers becoming more tech-savvy, Alpha Connect helps business make use of mobile timeclock records to track, capture and monitor attendance quality control.

The event has attracted numbers of entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and senior retail executives to exchange innovative insights and management wisdom in new technologies to embrace the retailing challenges.
